Seeing as there are some folks here using my Centmin Mod LEMP stack, I thought I'd share a quick guide I wrote for configuration tips to improve performance beyond the out of box automatic optimisations already done. Example you can achieve 22-29% better HTTP gzip compressed page serving performance just by switching from Centmin Mod Nginx's standard zlib 1.2.11 library usage to Cloudflare's zlib performance library fork!

Just a quick heads up for Centmin Mod users and reminder to keep your CentOS versions up to date for CentOS 6.9 or 7.4 as you need up to date curl and git client tools for changes that Github.com and Paypal are doing in forcing TLSv1.2 support and dropping older TLS 1.0. Centmin Mod latest beta now supports PHP 7.3.0 as well - expect at least 7-13% faster performance than PHP 7.2 depending on how PHP binaries are built and how PHP is configured

There is one road block in that DigitalOcean's img_check.sh script to validate the prebuilt snapshot images isn't 100% compatible with CentOS yet so needs changes/fixes that I requested.
