While there is a very small percentage chance that this is legit, I seriously doubt it. A company calling itself Global Software Brokers LLP is spamming anyone with a plugin in the wordpress.org WordPress Plugin Directory.

The domain name was registered in September and there are no hits, other than their web site, when you search for the company name.

I tried to post a short comment about this on the Developer's support forum on wordpress.org and it was immediately deleted.

Yes, got exactly the same email.
