    Hello. Try to push your budget a little higher to find something decent. Up to 89 dollars.

    For cPanel you can see:

    You'd be hard pressed to get any decent sysadmin for that price. Anyone with some experience behind them would charge far more.

    Instead why don't you consider getting a managed server? Managed providers usually have a streamlined workflow. Might workout cheaper in the long run, too.

    Actually don’t need managed Provider right now. Just want to learn something.

    In that case, Google is your best friend. You will find many tutorials online. You can also read the manual and documentation of the relevant set of software. I don't think a server management service would include these lessons.

    I think the best way for you to learn is deploy an unmanaged VPS and manage it yourself.

    Don't host anything important to start with while you learn the ropes.

    You could tinker with Apache and mySQL and set up backups and restore from them and so on.

    You could automate with Ansible and use Nagios for monitoring.

    You could work alongside a server management team or opt to choose a host that provides a managed VPS and learn from working with them.

    Do some online tutorials, too if you learn that way. Everyone learns differently.

    Get a OpenAI subscription and talk with chatgpt about learning... start with something like;

    I want you to act as a cpanel specialist. I will provide some specific questions about how to do security, optimization, hardening, exim, and other things, and it will be your job to come up with a guide and tutorials to help me with my question as a student. This could include suggesting encryption methods, creating firewalls or implementing cpanel updates, server and software updates and the security measures around it. My first request is "I want to learn some things in cpanel hardening."
