    Question Build Home Server Lab

    Hello

    i have pc, but they have a problem with graphic card.

    the spec is

    Ryzen 5 1500X
    Ram 8GB DDR4
    SSD NVME 512GB
    SSD SATA 256GB
    HDD 1TB

    can i make a server with the processor without integrated gpu ?

    If you can stick a temporary GPU in there just for setup, you could build a home lab with this. :-)

    for first installation must have an external gpu ?

    It would be the easiest way. You could try the 'install in other computer and move the harddrive' technique or Preseed

    You can. The server does not require a GPU for core server functions such as file storage, networking, and data processing. If you plan to use the server for tasks that require graphics processing, such as video rendering or games, you must install a graphics card.
