Dallas. TMS and Hivelocity both are using same datacenter.

All TMS servers are down for us here too. Anyone knows what is happening at Dallas DC ? Any update from Jose or Hivelocity?

It seems that everything at Carrier 1 / Prime Datacenters in Dallas, TX is offline. We are guessing there is a power issue.

Looks like the storm took down the entire carrier1 DC

That would be wild if a thunderstorm could take out a datacenter....

I'm i missing something? Isn't the generators double power lines suppose to prevent something like this happening?

  16. #16
Seems like a power issue according to Hivelocity chat - entire datacenter is down/unresponsive. Now at 45 minutes and counting.

Evocative might want to invest more funds boosting their power backups vs buying more data centers.

Yeap, down here too with TMS

  22. #22
Same here. All my servers with TMS are down. I can't even access tailormadeservers.com.

You can monitor Hivelocity's status page for Dallas if you want to monitor this outage:

    https://status.hivelocity.net/

I couldn't find a public status page for Evocative.

Seems there has been major storm event overnight in the Dallas area. Impossible to know if the facility has been damaged because of it, but there's lots of news coverage about damaged buildings/overturned trucks.
