Thread: ********* (Digital Ocean subsidiary) autonomous hosting services

Went down about 36 hours ago. Support has been VERY cryptic with updates, keep claiming they are bringing services back on line. My client's site has been down the entire 36 hours.

We all know things happen. Accuracy and transparency of status updates is critical to a reputation in these situations, and ********* is failing miserably at it.

The provider you mentioned is banned from WHT. You will unlikely to find any updates regarding them here.

Perhaps try other channels like Facebook, Twitter, etc., where they are active.

I'm posting the info as a cautionary tale. Not looking for a response from them here.

If they're banned from here with they name they broke rules most likely and that's a first indication that things are not good most likely if down 36 hours. I would suggest getting your offsite backups and moving elsewhere.
