Thread: QuadraNet Customer Portal, Email and Main Website Offline

It looks like QuadraNet's customer portal, email system and main website are offline. We started noticing the issue a few 3 hours ago when we tried to login to the customer portal to open a support ticket.

Doing a quick look, it appears their entire DNS servers are offline. This also prevents us (and we are assuming all their customers) from accessing QuadraNet's VPN service to remote manage equipment.

The following are offline:

• https://neo.quadranet.com/
• https://quadranet.com/
• https://status.quadranet.com/
• https://manage.quadranet.com/

The only thing that appears to be working is status.quadranet.com and that shows everything is operational.

I was able to contact them by phone and was asked if I already had opened a ticket.
I explained that their sites are not accessible and have been told that they are aware and working on a solution.

Must be a significant issue, its been 8 hours now. No updates on any of their social media either.

That's offline now too!

It seems back online. I am able to login manage.quadranet.com

Its back online but seems they are still having issues as login is not working.

Looks like their Ubersmith install is having licensing issues:

It looks like the domain has since been renewed, and now there are DNS propagation issues only with the domain.
