Liquid Web Support Portal
Interested in knowing if anyone on here is using Liquid Web and had experience with their new support portal? I've been with the company since they acquired my dedicated server from Wired Tree and I've been pretty happy with their support. Recently they started redirecting clients to their new support portal and since that time I have not been able to use their chat feature. The old system worked great. I never had to wait more then a couple of minutes before someone connected and started helping me. Sadly the chat window just sits there saying "An agent is on the way" and after 15 or 20 minutes I simply disconnect from it. I've opened a ticket with support but the response hasn't been too "responsive". I don't mind using the ticket system but concerned that the time where the issue is more urgent and in need of immediate support it doesn't seem to be available. If you have experience using the chat feature I'd appreciate your feedback. I have tried connecting with different browsers, different computers and different networks and still have the same issue. I've also attempted to connect to billing and sales and get the same results.
NOTE: This isn't a slam on Liquid Web - I'm happy with their servers and generally the support is above average.
