Thread: PSYCHZ Down!!

Hello,

Has anyone else experienced issues with PSYCHZ Datacenter? Our entire rack has been down for the past hour. Is their network down?

It might be a good idea to mention which DC this relates to before you panic a lot of folks unnecessarily.

They did eventually acknowledge a network problem, but it wasn't easy to get that answer. We called them multiple times and never got a clear response. This wasn’t part of any regular maintenance.

The problem has been resolved, but I’m not sure if it was just us or if others were affected as well. Here’s their response.

There was an issue with the new setup that was about to be implemented, but
we’ve resolved it. We'll ensure everything is ready on our end and proceed
with the transition in the next 24-48 hours to prevent any errors.

Was it a facility issue, or was it within PSYCHZ's own network?

They mentioned they were attempting to update their devices, which caused their system to go down. However, they didn't inform us about the planned upgrade in advance.

And today our whole rack with them in Dallas is down :/ Still no response on tickets and calls after 30 minutes

Our rack is up in Dallas, but as far as I know, they had a pre-scheduled upgrade planned for today.
