Rather nasty Hurricane just passed through. I have friends in Virginia and North Carolina without power (likely for days if not longer).

Not much one can do about this beyond maybe being geodiverse but most aren’t willing to pay what that actually costs in practice.

A little surprising they haven’t updated their domain to point to some sort of temporary page / status page. (BigBlock).

We are sorry for delayed response on this post. We were uninformed about your this query raised at WHT. The downtime we had was related to situation happened at NC region on Sep 27, 2024 due to hurricane. Our DC facility had power and network outage due to devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in NC region. We had been following up with our client over email, fb page, and all possible available channel we had to communicate at that time. We had also redicted our domain to the status page with the on ground situation updates we had with our facility. Still if you faced any issue, and any communication was missed at that time then we are sorry for that. We thank you for being our valuable client and all your feedback is highly appreciated.
