Thread: Psychz Down?

I've been having issues since 10 AM in Dallas, they have aknowledged this. It's weird that nobody else has posted anything here. Anybody else having problems @ PSYCHZ Dallas?

It appears your issues affected only you. Have you opened a ticket or resolved issues with them?

Well I'm pretty sure the entire dc was affected, they said "We are experiencing an issue with our QFX vc, which has disrupted the network" it took more than 6 hours to resolve. I guess nobody else has equipment there or just didn't want to answer.

One of our QFX 1gig copper switch drives died. We had to migrate people with 1g ports to another cluster which resulted in some downtime. A VC (virtual chassis) was our form of redundancy but it seem both failed simultaneously which is a rare event. Those who have proper planning on disaster remained up so there was only a handful of clients down. I invite those who needs additional redundancy to reach out to sales run another uplink away from the current switch hand off. It was about 5% if not lower clients that were affected in that region.
