    Namecrane.com EU (Luxembourg) Outage ?

    Hello Everyone.

    It’s been over two hours, and I’m experiencing issues with Namecrane.com’s Luxembourg location. They’ve confirmed the problem, but it’s strange that no one else has mentioned it yet. Anyone else facing this?

    I believe I remember hearing somewhere recently that their Luxembourg location was having issues with DDoS attacks.

    Sounds like they may not have gotten that resolved yet.

    On another forum, there are multiple people talking about this issue - so it's not just you. Francisco said it's a router issue.

    Correct, router stopped passing traffic (though we could login to it and BGP was still announcing).

    We recorded a big CPU spike leading up to it, starting earlier in the morning.

    We gave it a reboot but it didn't come back. We're waiting on the DC, or another DC contractor, to give it a kick.

    Most people who would mention this would be on a different forum. Also, I'd suggest joining their discord as @DeltaAnime is always on top of issues and communicates there with updates.

    I’ve also noticed issues with Namecrane.com’s Luxembourg location for the past couple of hours. It’s strange that it seems to be flying under the radar, but I can confirm I’m experiencing similar problems. Have you heard any updates from their support team regarding an estimated resolution time?

    There's no issues in LUX at the moment, alls well over there.

    A few people got firewalled, but they unbanned themselves.
