Bare metal specialist InterServer is expanding its presence in the New Jersey market with support from 365 Data Centers, which operates 20 data centers across the U.S.

According to Data Center Dynamics, 365 has 20 data centers across the US, including multiple New Jersey locations such as Carlstadt and Bridgewater, enabling InterServer to grow beyond its existing Secaucus hub.

New Jersey's strategic advantages, including its proximity to New York City, existing data center infrastructure, and access to subsea cables, make it attractive for firms such as financial institutions and traders.

Bob DeSantis, CEO of 365 Data Centers, said he is excited to partner with InterServer to deliver cuttin-edge IT infrastructure solutions. "Our network-centric data centers in New Jersey, combined with InterServer's expertise in web hosting and cloud services, will provide businesses in the region with unparalleled access to secure, reliable, and scalable IT services."

InterServer currently operates in six data centers, five of which are in Secaucus, with additional operations in Los Angeles.

365 Data Centers expanded its portfolio after acquiring eight data centers from Sungard AS following its bankruptcy in 2022, positioning itself as a key player in the edge colocation market.
