    Hello,

We are a SaaS software development company.
We require dedicated servers that allow port scans to host capacity to collect IOT information for a search engine.

    Complaints: port scanning, etc.
Required configurations: single Xeon processor (example E3 1230v2 or 1270)/16GB RAM/500-1TB SSD (HDD)/1Gbps unmetered.
Price: Not higher than 40-50 euros per month.
Additional: Configurations with dual processors/128GB RAM/2TB SSD/1Gbps + additional IPs are also required.

Since OP never replied, my guess is no.
    My "ranking" is kidding.
I'm just a humble client, here to seek help and guidance from the true experts.

No. We need to crawl the entire range of the Internet.
We only scan for open ports and identify services/iot.
We do not scan for vulnerabilities.

Our SaaS solution is similar in functionality to shodan, zoomeye, censys, etc.

The OP mentioned port scanning complaints. Were those complaints lawsuits or simply provider warnings/suspensions/terminations? And how many IPs?

IOT search engine sounds like something that is geared towards exploiting. Some IOT device has an exploit, here's a ready made list of where to find them.

Is that the intended use? If not, what's it for, exactly?
