As an 'EtherClear Outsource Your Management' customer you will have a dedicated account manager who will normally be one of our senior management team, you will have a direct contact number to them at all times to make sure your service is absolutely flawless.
There are multiple offerings under this new package ranging from us taking over the management of all your existing hosting servers, including the software configuration, updates and installation, to full outsourcing of all your hardware and the management of that hardware.

We take on the role of your systems management staff and provide all of your internal technical support, this does not include dealing with customer inquires.

We can also provide managed platforms for systems such as VPS services, we can do everything from the hardware all the way up to a fully managed system with all your client's systems fully managed by our teams.
